Michael Moretti

President

Michael founded UB&M Corporation in 2005 and has established the company as a premier third-party service provider to the energy industry. Under his leadership, UB&M has grown steadily over the years with more than 75 employees worldwide and locations in Houston, Texas, San Jose, Costa Rica, and Caracas, Venezuela. Prior to founding UB&M Corporation, Michael was a key member of Wood Group GTS (Gas Turbine Services) covering operations, sales and execution for worldwide projects. He also served multiple years in the United Kingdom covering the Asia and Africa markets. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Belmont University.

Larry DePompei

Senior Vice President Energy Solutions

Larry comes to UB&M with over 25 years of experience in the Energy Industry. He has held numerous executive level positions with energy service companies including WorleyParsons, ProEnergy Services and Wood Group Gas Turbine Services. Larry’s primary focus was to offer long-term contractual agreements covering power plant operations and major maintenance. He also emphasized sales strategy and organizational design to support the company’s sales efforts. Early in his career, Larry spent twelve years with Consolidated Natural Gas (Dominion Energy) holding positions in Rates and Regulatory Affairs, Gas Supply, Interstate Gas Marketing and Gas Origination. Larry brings a solid sales background with an emphasis on complex, long-term contractual sales, both in domestic and international markets. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from John Carroll University.
